PREFACE

Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad is proud to be the first CIHM in India, to launch its journal online “Indian Journal of Hospitality Management” ISSN 2582-4082 in 2019. It is a encouraging to have the 2nd volume published.

IHMA - IJHM e-journal wishes to stimulate the fraternity, research scholars and students to showcase their research acumen and to provide a high-quality research-led learning. This is possible by the valuable contributions by the research scholars and authors addressing the current issues of the hospitality and tourism industry.
