Lower Division Clerk - Recruitment
(A) Following four Annexures contain the overall merit list and provisionally shortlisted candidates after the conclusion of Written Test conducted on 3rd November, 2019 for the post of Lower Division Clerk.
(B) All the provisionally shortlisted candidates are hereby advised to submit on or before 20th November, 2019 4:00 PM, the following certificates concerning to them as per their category and the deficiency in the original application.
|1.||Valid Date of Birth Certificate.|
|2.||Latest valid OBC/EWS certificate as per Govt. of India format must have been issued on or after 1st April 2019 and before 16th August, 2019 (the closing date of receipt of the applications for the post of Lower Division Clerk at IHM Ahmedabad).|
|3.||The 40 w.p.m English typing certificate must have been issued by a recognized and registered government organization and must have been issued before 16th August, 2019 (the closing date of receipt of the applications for the post of Lower Division Clerk at IHM Ahmedabad).|
(C) If the provisionally shortlisted candidates as per Annexure B/C/D are not able to submit their relevant certificates ( i.e. valid Date of Birth, latest valid OBC/EWS certificate, 40 wpm English typing certificate) by 20th November, 2019 4:00 pm, then such candidate will be disqualified for the further process.
(E) The hard copy of the documents to be sent by speed post only at the postal address of the institute given on the website. The Institute will not be responsible for the postal delay.
