DISCIPLINARY RULES FOR INSTITUTE

| 1. | If found smoking anywhere in the Institute Premises / Hostel Premises | Written warning letter to Parent and fine of Rs. 200/- | Written Warning and a letter to Parent and fine of Rs. 500/- | Parents will be called and fine of Rs. 1000/ |
| 2. | If found consuming alcohol / Drug or found under the effect of it within the Institute Premises | Parents will be called and Suspension /& fine of Rs. 2000/- with legal intervention | Parents will be called and necessary disciplinary actions will be taken by committee members | |
| 3. | If found using abusive language and / or violent behaviour in the Institute Premises | Written Warning along with a letter to the Parent | Written Warning and a letter to Parent and fine of Rs. 500/- | Letter to Parents and Suspension |
| 4. | If found misbehaving with the Faculty Member / any other staff | Parents will be called and necessary disciplinary actions will be taken by committee members | ||
| 5. | If found stealing any item (Institute premises) | Fine will be charged Ten Times the price of the Stolen Item | Parents will be called and necessary disciplinary actions will be taken by committee members | |
| 6. | Vandalism in Institute Premises. Using force or Manhandling Junior Students |

| 8. | If found using mobile in Theory or Practical Classes | Written Warning and a letter to Parent and fine of Rs. 200/- | Parents will be called and necessary disciplinary actions will be taken by committee members | |
| 9. | If found damaging to the Institute Property | Fine of Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 10,000/- and Letter to Parents | ||
